If your barefoot shoes aren't the perfect fit, our streamlined exchange process ensures you find your ideal pair without the hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Barefoot Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
